NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, By the Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery, Virginia hereby schedules a public hearing on January 26, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter in the Board Room in the Montgomery County Government Center located at 755 Roanoke Street, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073, in order to hear citizens comments on a proposed ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BIENNIAL ASSESSMENT AND EQUALIZATION OF PROPERTY VALUES OF ALL REAL ESTATE IN THE COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY FOR THE PURPOSE OF TAXATION EFFECTIVE FOR TAX YEARS BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2030”.
