May Evening Event

Join us at the Christiansburg community garden on May 12. We will be working on setting up our garden for the upcoming year. Please meet at the Volunteer Montgomery office at 5 pm to talk over to the garden. *All supplies will be provided.

Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Award - Community Service Organization of the Year

Volunteer Montgomery received the 2025 Community Service Organization of the Year from the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce! Thank you to our volunteers, partners, and groups that helped make this possible for us! 

April Supply Drive Results- Thank you to everyone that helped us collect over 48 items for our drive for Sleep in Heavenly Peace-NRV!

Volunteer Montgomery Mural - Calling All Volunteers! – Volunteer Montgomery has approval for a mural in our activity room. Our theme is Connecting Through Volunteerism, and we are looking for artists to send proposals for the mural. Please send your art proposal to volunteermontgomery@montgomerycountyva.gov. Our team will choose 3 designs. After approval from the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors, we will ask the 3 selected artists to volunteer to paint the mural. We look forward to seeing your designs!

Project Linus –We are now an official Project Linus drop-off site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday. Please be sure to leave your name and address with your blankets so we know who to credit and to thank!
