A request by Black Diamond Resources, LLC, (Agent: Foresight Design Services) for a Special Use Permit to allow a clean earth fill area exceeding 15,000 cubic yards where soil, spoil or inert waste is placed on a site other than the site where the material was excavated or removed. The property is owned by Black Diamond Resources, LLC and is located along Peppers Ferry Road, approximately 0.23 miles from the Pulaski County line. The property is further identified as Tax Map 075-A 4 (Parcel ID 007990) & Tax Map 075-A 4A (Parcel ID 030944) , approximately 167 acres total, zoned Agricultural (A-1) in the Riner Magisterial District. The property currently lies in an area designated as Outdoor and Natural Preservation Area in the Montgomery Matters Comprehensive Plan.

The property is further identified as Tax Map 075-A 4 (Parcel ID 007990), 166.34 acres, zoned Agricultural (A-1) in the Riner Magisterial District. The property currently lies in an area designated as Outdoor and Natural Preservation Area in the Montgomery Matters Comprehensive Plan.
