County Attorney Martin McMahon represents and counsels the
Board of Supervisors,
County staff,
Boards and Commissions on all legal and civil matters involving County government.
The County Attorney defends or brings action in which the County and/or any of its boards, departments, agencies, officials or employees is a party, and prepares all leases, bonds, deeds and contracts in which the County is a party.
