The MVP mapping data was developed and is owned by Equitrans, LP. The Mapping data has been provided to the County by Equitrans, LLC. The Montgomery County, Virginia Board of Supervisors is not responsible for data usage or derived result inaccuracies.

No responsibility is assumed by Montgomery County for damages or other liabilities due to the accuracy, availability, use or misuse of the MVP mapping data herein provided. Any data conversion errors introduced by Montgomery County are unintentional.

MVP mapping data are not to be construed or used as a legal determination of Montgomery County, Virginia official records.  

The Montgomery County, Virginia Board of Supervisors shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss that might arise from the use of the provided MVP mapping data and any derived results.

By obtaining the MVP mapping data from the county you acknowledge that the terms of this disclaimer are acceptable.
