EFFORT Day: Celebration of Community of Individuals with Disabilities
The "effort" in EFFORT Day stands for "Enabling Friends for Our Responder Teams". This event is a combination effort between local law enforcement and first responders to give individuals with disabilities a chance to interact with people in uniform in a positive and friendly environment. Fire trucks, ambulances, police vehicles, and more will be available to see, as well as activities accessible for all!
