Montgomery County and the Towns of Blacksburg and Christiansburg are reopening facilities to the public on Monday, June 15, after several months of government facilities being closed due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) precautions.

The three localities’ administrative buildings – the Montgomery County Government Center, the Blacksburg Municipal Building, and Christiansburg Town Hall – will reopen with social distancing in place and face coverings required for entry, per Commonwealth of Virginia Executive Order 63.

While the public is welcome in these facilities, citizens are strongly encouraged to continue using online services when possible. If you have questions about specific local government operations or alternative means for conducting business, visit the links provided below:
The Blacksburg Community Center, the Blacksburg Aquatic Center, the Christiansburg Recreation Center and the Christiansburg Aquatic Center will also reopen on June 15, with adjusted hours and operations and by appointment only.
