Drive-thru COVID-19 testing continues; New River Valley Public Health Task Force hosts local and small business virtual town hall.


Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing Continues Next Week in Dublin and Floyd
The New River Valley Public Health Task Force will hold drive-thru COVID-19 testing on Tuesday, May 26 at the New River Valley Fairgrounds (5581 Fair Grounds Circle, Dublin) and Thursday, May 28 at the Floyd County Recreation Center Ball Field (Park Drive, off Route 8 near the Floyd town limit). Both sites will operate from noon to 2 p.m.

ONLY those individuals with a letter of authorization from the Virginia Department of Health’s New River Health District will be admitted to the site, and only by pre-screening and appointment.

The New River Valley Public Health Task Force hosts interactive, virtual town hall on COVID-19 and impacts on local and small businesses on Wednesday, May 27 from 6 to 7 p.m. All area residents are invited to participate.
