2007 GENERAL REASSESSMENT of REAL ESTATE
Montgomery County's General Reassessment of Real Estate has concluded.

Effective April 17, 2007, all mapping sites will reflect the 2007 real estate values for land and buildings.

The Reassessment / GIS site will reflect only the 2007 real estate values.

The iGIS site will also reflect the 2007 real estate values.

On April 16, 2007, the Board set the real estate tax rate at 63-cents per $100 of assessed value.
