The Planning Commission and the Planning Department would
like to thank all those who participated in the community meetings held
on 10 September 2002. We appreciate your involvement and input. In addition,
we would like to thank the students from Virginia Tech who provided
technical assistance before, during, and after the meeting. Thank you.

Mailed-in survey responses will be accepted until April 1st, 2003.
Some of the surveys were used in conjunction with community meetings;
some were not. We are trying to public responses as possible on the
range of issues raised in our earlier community meetings. Please take
a few minutes to print off, fill out and send in one or more of the
surveys. Your input is invaluable and will help define the future direction
of the County. Thank you. (ed)
