AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
HELD ON MARCH 26, 1998 IN THE BOARD ROOM (#327) THIRD FLOOR, COUNTY
COURTHOUSE, CHRISTIANSBURG, VIRGINIA:
CALL TO ORDER:
Mr. Wells, Chair, called the meeting to order and Ms. Brennan, Secretary, established the presence of a quorum.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved as distributed.
WORK SESSION
The Commission entered into Work Session
Zoning Ordinance Revision - Milt Herd (Herd Planning & Design) was present. He led the Commissioners in a review of the following sections of the Zoning Ordinance:
4-100 District Regulations (including Intensive Agriculture)
4-300 Landscaping and Buffering
4-400 Off Street Parking, Loading and Stacking
4-800 Additional Regulations for Specific Uses
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 10:00 p.m.
