EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance Number 1999-12, adopted December 13, 1999, repealed
Ch. 10 in its entirety and enacted similar provisions. To maintain the alphanumeric
style of this Code of Ordinances, sections have been renumbered and the original
ordinance designations are carried in the history notes. Former Ch. 10 derived
from the 1975 Code and additional ammendatory ordinances, the history of which
can be found in the Code Comparative Table at the back of the County Code.
