When a joint application / permit is sought for both a rezoning and a special use permit, only the higher fee shall be charged.
Application / permit fees are non-refundable regardless of whether the application / permit is approved, denied or withdrawn.
Planning and Zoning violators may be subject to penalties and shall be charged with all administrative costs associated with resolution of the violation. Penalties and other charges may include, but are not limited to $100 per site visit by the Code Enforcement staff and any attorney fees. |
