Litter Control
The Litter Control Department performs the administrative services for the
Montgomery County Improvement Council (MCIC) with regard to the Paint Exchange,
Broomin' & Bloomin', and the Hazardous Waste Day. Litter Control
also provides the opportunity to Adopt-a-Spot, while the Virginia Department
of Highways (VDoT) provides the opportunity to Adopt-a-Highway. Ms. Jo Ann Dillon,

The Paint Exchange is held once a year during spring or summer at differing locations
and times. Useable latex paint is accepted or available at no cost. For information on
