Customers have several options for payment of accounts:

Mail

Phone payment (for credit card payments) Call 540-382-6930

In person at any Stellar One branch bank (must have bill stub)

In person at the Montgomery County Treasurer’s Office (755 Roanoke St. Suite 1B, Christiansburg, VA 24073)
Penalties are added to accounts that are not paid by the due date. Approximately two weeks after the due date, if payment has not been received, delinquent letters are mailed notifying customers of the date service will be disconnected if payment is not received. If an account is “water only” or “water and sewage,” the disconnection charge is $50. If the account is “sewer only,” the sewer line is plugged and the charge is $100.
Also, if service is disconnected customers are required to pay the delinquent balance, the current balance and the disconnect fee in order for service to be restored.
