The billing process for the Public Service Authority is handled by the Financial and Management Services Department. We have a two cycle billing process; Cycle 1 – Riner, Bethel, Mudpike, Woodview, Prices Fork, Plum Creek, Merrimac, Belview, and Midway; Cycle 2 – Alleghany Springs, Walnut Creek, Elliston, and Shawsville. Bill runs for Cycle 1 customers are processed and mailed by the 15th of each month. Bill runs for Cycle 2 customers are processed and mailed by the last day of each month. Cycle 1 bills are due by the 5th of the following month and cycle 2 bills are due by the 20th of the following month.
