Emergency Services

The Montgomery County Department of Emergency Services provides preplanning, preparation, mitigation, response and recovery for natural and man-made disasters and major emergencies. This includes provisions for law enforcement, fire services, emergency medical response, specialty rescue, emergency communications, enhanced 9-1-1 and hazardous material responses for the Town of Blacksburg, Town of Christiansburg and rural Montgomery County.
