NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, By the Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery, Virginia that the Board hereby schedules a public hearing on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 7:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter, at the Montgomery County Government Center, 2nd Floor, Board Room, 755 Roanoke Street, Christiansburg, Virginia in order to receive comments on the following:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE D-2 AND D-4 PRECINCT BOUNDARIES BY MOVING 2065, 2097 AND 2265 BLOCK OF LAUREL RIDGE MILL ROAD IN THE RINER AREA OF THE COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY, VIRGINIA FROM THE D-2 PRECINCT TO THE D-4 PRECINCT IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE THE SENATE DISTRICT SPLIT IN THE D-2 PRECINCT
